GRILLED MEXICAN CHICKEN WITH CITRUS YOGURT SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 12

3 medium whole chicken breasts, halved
1 fryer (3 1/2 lb), cut into pieces
Marinade --
2 c plain lowfat yogurt
2 medium shallots, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c fresh orange juice
2 T lime juice
2 T finely chopped cilantro
1/2 t ground cumin
1/4 t white pepper
1/2 t salt

Steps:

  • Reserve 1 c marinade Marinate chicken overnight and up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Grill and serve with reserved marinade.
