Steps:
- 1) Whisk together soy sauce, galic, and ginger. Set aside for 15 minutes. 2) Trim visible fat from meat. 3) Add the oil and hony to the soay sauce mixture. Whisk all ingrediants together. 4) Coat meat wth the marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours. Discard marinade. 5) Grill on each side for about 4-6 minutes, to your taste. 6) Slice into thin strips.
