Steps:
- o Cook chicken on grill or griddle (if not available cook in pan in 1 tsp Olive Oil) and add salt, pepper and sage to chicken o In blender, puree blackberries, lime juice, olive oil and thyme o Add butter and shallots to sauté pan on medium heat o To serve spoon sauce on bottom of plate, place chicken on top of sauce and spoon over shallots Goes great with thyme mashed potatoes
