This is really easy, my 9 year old can make it perfectly! The kids and adults love it, and it is a good, yet different, use for pears.

Steps:
- Melt 1 teas (or more) butter in large skillet over medium heat.
- Rub two bread slices around the skillet to coat one side with melted butter, then flip bread to toast the dry side for about 1 minute.
- Flip bread buttered-side down again and top one piece with half the cheese, pear and arugula; top with the other bread slice, butter-side up.
- Grill until golden brown, about 1 minuted per side.
