Grilled Caribbean Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
2 teaspoons lime juice
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • 1. grill directions: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken mix well. Rub mixture on chicken breast halves. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.2. When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals.
