GRILLED BURGERS W/ SOUR CREAM & HERBS image

Number Of Ingredients 24

2 2/3 lbs. lean ground beef
1/4 C sour cream
1 tbsp minced fresh thyme (1 tsp dried)
1 tsp rosemary (1/4 tsp dried)
pepper
add bleu, gorganzola or goat cheese.
Grilled Red Onions
4 med. red onions
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy
2 tpsp olive oil
3/4 tsp pepper
Cut onions in half. Marinade in above 1 hour room temp. Grill Covered
Three Pepper Catsup
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup mined onion
1/2 c. minced red pepper
3 canned pickled jalepeno chiles, stemmed and minced.
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp dried thyme, crumbled
1 1/2 C bottled catsup
3/4 canned crushed tomatoes in heavy puree
1/2 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over low heat. Add all onions, bell pepper, chiles, garlic and thyme. Cover and cook until veggies are tender, stirring occasionally about 10 mins. Mix in catsup, tomatoes and pepper. Cover partially and simmer until thickened, stirring occasionally, 5 mins. Cover and chill. Will keep in fridge for two weeks.
