Tacos filled with blue cheese dressing, Buffalo chicken chunks, shredded Mexican cheese blend, and lettuce. Fold in half to eat like a taco, or just leave it flat to eat like a pizza. Yum!

Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Stir chicken and Buffalo wing sauce together.
- Lightly spray one side of each tortilla with cooking spray. Turn tortillas over and spread a thin layer of blue cheese dressing on the other sides, to within 1/4 inch of the edges. Top with Buffalo chicken mixture and Mexican cheese.
- Carefully slide tortillas onto the preheated grill. Cook until tortillas are golden brown on the bottom and cheese has melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Carefully transfer tortillas to plates. Add shredded lettuce and celery.
