Steps:
- Combine first 9 ingredients in a mixing bowl using wire whisk or immersion blender until well combined. Place meat in large casserole-style dish. Marinate for a miminum of 30 minutes, up to 2 days. Prepare grill. Place flank steak on grill directly over hot coals. Brush with extra marinade. Grill until desired doneness, about 6-8 minutes each side for medium-rare. Transfer to serving plate. Slice thinly to serve.
