- In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, vinegars, garlic, ginger and cilantro. Add tuna steaks, cover and marinate up to 4 hours in refrigerator. Drain steaks and discard marinade. Preheat grill, high heat, with sprayed rack. NOTE: We grilled at 450 @ 2 min/side. When grill is hot, reduce to low and place steaks on grill. Close lid and cook for 2 minutes flip and cover again for about 2 min. Open lid and continue cooking until barely done. Ahi is best with a warm pink center.
