GRILLED ADOBO PORK SALAD W/ PLUMS AND ALMONDS image

Number Of Ingredients 20

2T chipotle peppers in adobo
11/2T chili powder
3 lg cloves
1/2c packed cilantro
1/2c orange juice concentrate
1/2c water
2T & 1/4 c oil
2 lb pkg pork tenderloins
6 plums halved and quartered
3/4 c slivered almonds
1pd napa cabbage
Puree 1st 7 ingred and 2T oil
Put aside 3/4C and use rest for marinade
Add 1/4C oil to 3/4C for dressing
Toast almonds 4 min @350
Sear meat & plums over direct heat covered
Cook covered over indirect till meat and plums done
145-150 degrees
Let pork sit before slicing
toss cabbage,some dressing & nuts
