Number Of Ingredients 5

1 package each frozen cauliflower and broccoli
1 package smoked sausage
1/2 box Farfalle pasta (bow-tie)
1 pkg Velveeta
Foil casserole pan

Steps:

  • Mix partially thawed cauliflower and broccoli together in foil pan. Slice the ring of smoked sausage thinly, mix into vegetables. We put the foil casserole pan on the grill and let it cook for a few minutes while the pasta is boiling.
  • During the last 5 minutes of cooking we take the foil casserole pan off the grill and add the cheese.
  • After cooking another 5 minutes, check to see if the vegetables are cooked, the sausage is hot and the cheese is melted. Take off of heat and let set for 10 minutes, and then serve over pasta.
