Steps:
- Wash and seed peppers. Cut into medium size pieces. Cook in saucepan 3 or 4 minutes in salted water. Drain well. Mix cheese and crackers together in separate bowl. Mix 3/4 of this mixture with the green peppers. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in well greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and cracker mixture over the green peppers. Pour milk over all and bake 350o 40 minutes or until brown and milk has cooked up.
