Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Microwave spinach in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or just until wilted. Meanwhile, mix mayo and garlic until blended.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp. mayo mixture. Add remaining mayo mixture to spinach along with all remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.
- Press turkey mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with reserved mayo mixture.
- Bake 45 min. or until done (165ºF).
