GREEK PASTA SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 cucumber (chopped)
1 small red onion (chopped)
2 Cups halved grape tomatos
.5 Cup quarterd Kalamata olives
.25 Cup White wine vinegar
2/3 Cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
12 ounces of penne pasta

Steps:

  • Cook pasta and cool. Chop vegetables. Mix vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, parsley, and oregano. Pour over cooled pasta. Add chopped vegetables and feta cheese and toss.
