Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in a stockpot over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add onion; sauté 3 minutes. Add herbs and garlic; sauté 4 minutes.
- 3. Add beans and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes or until beans are tender.
- 4. ****Tip**** Can use frozen green beans. Cut recipe in half if you like, dish can be ready in 20 minutes.
