GREEK 5 LAYER DIP image

Ingredients
1 cup hummus
½ cup feta, crumbled
⅓ cup Greek plain yogurt
¾ tsp oregano
½ clove garlic, minced
Zest from 1 lemon
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
⅓ cup cucumbers, diced
2 Tbsp kalamata olives, sliced
add excess liquid to the dip.

Steps:

  • Instructions In the bottom of a pie plate, or into individual mini mason jars, add hummus. In a bowl mix together feta, yogurt, oregano, garlic and lemon zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread over hummus. Cover with layers of remaining ingredients, in order listed. Serve with gluten free corn chips or wedges of our pita-like Naan Bread.
