GREAT DANE TOMATO MUSHROOM BISQUE image

Number Of Ingredients 15

2 Tbsp butter
1 med onion, finely diced
1/2 bunch celery, diced
1 qt sliced button mushrooms
1 can (24 oz) diced tomatoes
1 Tbsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 Tbsp basil leaf
1 Tbsp oregano leaf
1/2 gal. water
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp honey
Shaved parmesan for garnish

Steps:

  • Melt butter in large heavy-gauged pot. Saute onion, celery and mushrooms. Add tomatos and spices and cook for 2 minutes. Add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cream and honey, wisk to combine. Simmer an additional 20 minutes. Ladel in bowls and garnish.
