This is a "really QUICK" way to make a moist and Yummy raisin bread. The Longer this sits the better it gets. Honestly. This also freezes well for Holiday Gifts.

Steps:
- 1. Beat eggs, add sugar, applesauce, oil & vanilla in mixing bowl. Beat until mixed.
- 2. Add: Bisquick, mix well. Stir in raisins, pour into oiled loaf pan.
- 3. Bake: @ 350 until top springs back when touched. (about 1 hr.)some ovens a little more. will be a nice golden brown top. NORE: This will rise a lot and the top will usually split before its done.
- 4. wrap in foil while warm. serve warm or freeze till your ready for a snack. this makes wonderful gifts.
