Grasshoppers by the Gallon image

This is a nice handy recipe to have on hand when friends drop in, or if you just want a little something once in a while.Source: Unknown

Number Of Ingredients 4

1gallon vanilla ice cream
8 oz. whipped topping
1 cup creme de menthe
1 cup creme de cocoa

Steps:

  • 1. Soften the ice cream in a large bowl. Add whipped topping, creme de menthe and creme de cacao and mix well. Spoon into a freezer container and store in freezer. Serve in goblets. You may add green food coloring to ice cream mixture to give dish desired shade of green. Serves 16
