GRASSHOPPER TORTE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

24 cream-filled chocolate cookies finely crushed(with rolling pin)
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/4 cup milk
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Few drops green food coloring
1 jar(7oz) Kraft marshmallow creme
2 cups heavy cream whipped or 1 3/4 cups Rich's whip

Steps:

  • Combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press into a 9 X 13 pan, reserving about 3/4 cup to 1 cup crumb mixture for topping. Gradually add milk, extract and food coloring to marshmallow creme, mixing well(microwave marshmallow creme slightly). Fold in whipped cream, pour into cake pan, sprinkle remaining crumbs and freeze. Keeps for a long time
