1 egg
1 stick butter - melted
1 c sour cream
1 cup creamed corn
1 cup corn
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix

Steps:

  • beat egg. add cooled melted butter, sour cream, corns and muffin mix. mix well. pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or until top is browned
