Grandma's Sour Cream Raisin Pie image

This is my Irish grandmother's recipe that my Dad insisted my Mom get before they got married.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup(s) raisins
1 cup(s) sugar
1 cup(s) sour cream, fat-free
2 - eggs
2 tablespoon(s) flour

Steps:

  • Reserve raisins. Cook sugar, sour cream, eggs and flour until thick. be careful, since this burns easily. Stir in raisins and pour into baked pie shell.
