Steps:
- Into mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter and boiling water. mix carefully with wooden spoon
- Add Bisquick mix and stir well. put mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375. Drop dough using teaspoon on a baking sheet with foil.
- press cookie down with fork to criss-cross. bake for 10 minutes
