1 c sugar
5 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 c milk
3 egg yolks, reserve whites
3 Tbsp butter
1 tsp lemon rind, grated
1/3 c lemon juice
1 9 inch baked pie shell
MERINGUE
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
6 Tbsp sugar

Steps:

  • 1. make the filling pour into pie crust make the meringue put on pie miture back until peaks are nice a brown
