Steps:
- Using cooking spray, lightly grease a deep 9" pie plate. Spread the ham & onion evenly out over the bottom of the dish. Top with the shredded cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the eggs, half & half, Bisquick, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Whisk the mixture together until smooth. Pour the mixture out evenly into the pie plate.
- Bake the pie at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until a golden brown crust's formed on top and a butter knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
