Self-rising flour
Buttermilk

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400°. 2. Fill about 1/3 of a medium bowl with self-rising flour. 3. Make a valley in the flour almost down to the bottom of the bowl. 4. Pour buttermilk into the valley. 5. With your hands, slowly mix together. 6. Knead until the dough has the right consistency. 7. On floured wax paper, roll the dough out ½" to an inch thick with a floured rolling pin. 8. Cut biscuits with a floured cookie cutter 9. Place the biscuits on the cookie sheet 10. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
