GRANDMA SHIRLEY'S APPLE CAKE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 (for glass pan) or 375 (for foil pan) Combine sugar and eggs, beat until frothy Add oil. Beat until creamy In a separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, and baking soda. SIFT Add flour mixture to eggs Add vanilla, apples and walnuts Grease a 12x9 baking pan Add batter to pan Bake at 325 for 45 minutes OR 375 for 1 hour. (Check after 45 minutes) Sprinkle on confectioner's sugar while still warm.
