GRANDMA B'S BANANA BREAD image

Yield 1 loaf

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup Crisco
1 cup Sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
3 bananas (1 cup)
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
1 t. vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well. Turn into greased loaf pan. Bake until sides of bread spring from pan or toothpik comes out clean.
