Graham Cracker Balls image

These are really easy, tasty, unique, and will be gone real fast! I have 2 ways of making them: one with sweetened condensed milk and another with a substitution for that. But both taste very delicious!

18 honey graham crackers, crushed
½ cup melted butter
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand®)
¼ cup chopped walnuts
18 chocolate chips, or as needed

Steps:

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Pour in condensed milk and add walnuts. Stir until well mixed.
  • Roll mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a tray. Gently press a chocolate chip onto the center of each ball.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
