grace's quick and easy pimento cheese spread image

i've always like pimemto cheese spread for sandwiches and on crackers ect.... so thought i'd share this one. u can make as much as u want and its cheaper to make it than to buy it already made up.

Number Of Ingredients 4

- 1 bag shreded chedder cheese.
- 1 large jar diced sweet pimentoes with juice.
- about a cup of mayo not lite or enough to make it creamy
- i also add a few tabsp of sour cream

Steps:

  • in large bowl combine all ingredients. blend well.
  • pour into air tight container and put in fridg. or just go ahead and make sandwhiches and enjoy.
