THIS IS GREAT FOR ALL UR VALENTINE CAKES AND CUPCAKES AS WELL. ADD EXTRA RED FOOD COLORING AND ITS RED CHOC GANACHE. U CAN DO SO MUCH WITH THE FOOD COLORINGS AND WHITE CHOC

Number Of Ingredients 4

- 1 1/2 cups white choc chips
- 1 tabsp white karo syrup
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 bottle of red food coloring

Steps:

  • IN SMALL PAN HEAT HEAVY WHIPING CREAM TIL ALMOST BOIL. DON'T BREAK. STIR CONSTANTLY
  • THEN POUR IWHITE CHOC CHIPS ALL WHILE STIRRING THEN ADD SYRUP AND STIR TIL SMOOTH AND TAKE OFF HEAT
  • ADD JUST ENOUGH RED FOOD COLORING TO TINT IT A NICE PINK AND STIR. THEN FROST UR CAKE CUP CAKES OR DIP HEART SHAPED COOKIES IN IT 1/2 WAY [AND THEN U CAN DO IT IN RED AND EITHER DIP THE OTHER 1/2 OF UR HEARTSHAPED COOKIE IN RED OR WHAT EVER U WANT]
