I always try to keep these bars on hand for a quick pick me up or for on the go eating.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, flour, raisins, chocolate chips and salt.
- 2. Make a well in center of mix. Pour in the honey, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix weel, using hands. Pat the mix evenly into pan.
- 3. Bake 30-35 mins, or until edges start to brown. Cool 5 mins. Cut into bars while still warm. Don't let cool all the way before cutting into bars, or it will be too hard to cut through.
