Steps:
- 1. Brown pork chops in butter.
- 2. Season with spices.
- 3. Remove from skillet.
- 4. Add mushrooms to drippings and saute.
- 5. Mix in remaining ingredients except sour cream; stir until well blended.
- 6. Return pork chops to skillet.
- 7. Cover and simmer 1 hour until done.
- 8. Add sour cream and heat through; do not boil.
- 9. Serve immediately.
