GORGONZOLA RAVIOLI image

RAVIOLI GORGONZOLA
1 1/2 lb. Ravioli
2 c. heavy cream
8 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
4 T Parmesan cheese
8 oz. fresh spinach (chop lightly if leaves are large)
1 tomato, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Cook ravioli in salted boiling water. 2. Place cream in a pan to simmer, add the Gorgonzola & Parmesan; simmer for a few minutes. 3. Drain the ravioli and add to sauce. 4. Add the fresh tomatoes and spinach, toss to lightly wilt spinach. Serve with crusty bread.
