Steps:
- Make crust and wrap in plastic and refriferate. Preheat oven to 425^ Roll out dough and put in pie pan and refrigerate. Mix all filling ingredients until smooth. Sprinkle praline filling in crust and pour in filling. Cover edge of crust with shield. Place in bottom rack and bake 15 min. Reduce temp to 350^, move to middle rack and bake until knife comes out clean, 35 min. more. Cool.
