How to make GOLDEN ONION CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Saute onions in 1/2 cup butter. Transfer to 2 quart shallow baking dish.
- Melt 4 teaspoons butter. Add 1/4 cup flour and mix with whisk. Add salt, milk, pepper, bouillon.
- Add cooking sherry. Pour over onions
- Top with shredded cheese, then bread rounds which have been dipped into melted butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bread is brown.
