Golden Hashbrown Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 eggs, beaten
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 (30-ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potato
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup cooked ham, diced

Steps:

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes, or until eggs are set.
