GOLDEN CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 8

Oil
4 skinless, boneless chick breasts
1 c chick broth
1 t minced garlic
1/2 t dried rosemary
1/4 t dried thyme
2 lge sweet spuds, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 c fresh or frozen green beans

Steps:

  • Heat oil in 12" skillet on med-high. Add chick and cook 10 mins or until well-browned. Remove chicken and increase heat to high. Stir broth and other ingredients, heat to a boil and cook 5 mins. Add chick back in and cook on low until chicken is cooked and vegies are tender, about 12 mins.
