Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 Brush muffin tins w/ oil Place eggs, flour, salt, pepper, thyme in CUISINART. Zap until well combined, about 10 seconds. Scrape sides down. With blender running, slowly pour in milk ( not enough to run out)and blend until smooth. Add jalapeno & do quick pulse. Place tins in oven to warm slightly. Put batter back into measuring cup & pour into muffin tins from there. Fill each cup half way, add bits of cheese and then pour in more batter to fill cups to 2/3 full. Bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes. Full recipe makes 18 - 20 large popovers - bake 40-50 min Serve immediately.
