We get a lot of rain in Oregon, and I often find myself cooking and baking to help keep the kids and I entertained on wet days when we are stuck inside. One of my family's rainy day favorites is Banana bread. -

- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk the bananas, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Transfer to a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. , For topping, in a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter., Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
