Steps:
- Heat 2 Tablespoons oil from the Sun Dried tomatoes. Saute chicken breasts, cool and cut into 1/2" pieces. Heat remaining 1 T oil and saute garlic for 1 minute. Add sun dried tomatoes,chicken,basil,broth and prosciutto and bring to a boil. Cook gnocchi in boilins salted water until it floats to the surface approximately 3-4 minutes, drain and toss with the sauce. Top with pine nuts and parmesan cheese
