Fluffy potato gnocchi coated in a velvety blush sauce, made with sweet Italian tomatoes, rich cream and a hint of cheese to bring it all together.

Steps:
- Prepare gnocchi according to directions on package. In a large pan, sauté garlic in oil until soft, then add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer about 20 minutes. If sauce is too thick, add tomato juice from can. After simmering, add cream and stir continuously, then let simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Pour over cooked gnocchi, tossing until well coated. Serves 4-6.
