Gluten-Free Triple Berry Oatmeal Muesli image

Morning medley. Wake up to this nutritious combination of fresh berries, whole grains and calcium-rich milk and yogurt.

2 3/4 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. On cookie sheet, spread oats and almonds. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until light golden brown; cool 15 minutes.
  • In large bowl, mix yogurt and milk until well blended. Stir in oats, almonds and flaxseed. Top each serving with berries.
