A very nutty, but soft gluten free biscuit using egg yolks.

Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 150c
- Cream the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla essence
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well
- Spoon small amounts onto a baking tray
- Bake for approx 18-20 minutes
- Allow to cool completely before storing. Can be stored in an airtight container.
