How to make Glenda's Crab Dip

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 can tomato soup
1 envelope gelatin
8-oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, diced
8-oz. crab or crab substitute

Steps:

  • Heat the tomato soup in a small saucepan, with no water. Bring to a boil, then add gelatin and completely dissolve. Remove from heat. Mix in the cheese and mayonnaise. Add the vegetables and the crab. Let set until firm. You can put in a mold, which really is beautiful to serve. Serve with crackers or toasted bread of different varieties.
  • Next time I make it, I'll add more crab meat and garlic.
