Glazed Ham Balls image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 pound ground smoked ham
1 pound fresh ground pork
2 cups Kellogg's® raisin bran cereal
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
dash thyme
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:

  • 1. In medium mixing bowl, combine meats, KELLOGG'S Raisin Bran cereal, seasonings, onions, and milk mix thoroughly. Shape mixture into 12 balls and place in 3-inch muffin cups or shallow baking pan.2. Bake at 350°F about 20 minutes.3. Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, and mustard in small saucepan. Bring to the boiling point cook 1 minute. Pour 1 tablespoon mixture over each ball.4. Return to oven and bake about 20 minutes longer. Serve with remaining sauce.
