Ginger Peach Butter image

Spread this on almost anything. Toast, bagles, english muffins, pancakes, waffles. Whatever you would like

Number Of Ingredients 5

16 ounce(s) bag frozen peaches thawed and chopped
1/2 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon(s) each ground cinnamon, and ginger
1 teaspoon(s) quick cooking tapioca

Steps:

  • Spray a 4 qt slow cooking with cooking spray. Add the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir in the tapioca and cook another 60 minutes.
  • Let cool to room temp and store in fridge.
