my husband and I made this recipe up one day wanting to try something new and I tell you it is good and has been given to a lot of people all over. I hope you enjoy it

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pound(s) breakfast sausage (potters)
1 can(s) cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s) nacho cheese soup
1 small conainer sour cream
1 package(s) italiano noodles
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic salt
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
1-2 teaspoon(s) butter
10 ounce(s) grated monterey jack cheese
2 teaspoon(s) parsley

Steps:

  • In pan I cook sausage ,Italian seasoning , garlic salt till meat is done drain well, while that is cooking cook noodles al dente and drain. In a bowl add cheeses, sour cream,butter and about a teaspoon parsley mix well. Add your meat mixture, and noodles and mix very well, put in a sprayed 9x13 pan and top with jack cheese and sprinkle parsley over cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and then put under broiler for a minute or two to lightly brown on top.
  • I serve this with garlic bread and a good salad
