Steps:
- mix meat, onion & spices; form small meatballs; place meatballs in large pan of boiling water - enough to cover the meatballs; boil for 25-30 minutes. Remove meatballs - thicken water to make gravy or gentle whisk flour into saucepan. Serve over spaetzle with vegetable of choice.
