Steps:
- Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic. De-seed the tomaotes and finely chop. Finely chop the jalapeno peppers. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium pot. Saute the onions and garlic until soft (not browned) over medium heat. Add the cream cheese and stir frequently until melted. Add the tomatoes, jalapenos and shrimp and stir. Place pot over very low heat and let the flavors combine, stirring occasionally.
